Effectiveness of government policies of India.

India is one of the few developing countries which has consciously adopted several public policy options to guide its actions for social development However, because of the nature of Indian industry and society, these options have only been about 36% effective. Some suitable policies are suggested to improve the indigenous base for S&T, industry and social development: the restructuring of agriculture; elimination of absolute poverty, eradications of illiteracy; reduction of unemployment; industrial development; and strengthening indigenous S&T.



Government Effectiveness captures perceptions of the quality of public services, the quality of the civil service and the degree of its independence from political pressures, the quality of policy formulation and implementation, and the credibility of the government's commitment to such policies. Estimate gives the country's score on the aggregate indicator, in units of a standard normal distribution, i.e. ranging from approximately -2.5 to 2.5.

Inclusive education is an innovative approach of the government policies through which the attention of the government is to provide education to all learners. It seeks to enable the learners through appropriate system of supporting policies so that they can easily access to every level of education from Primary to higher education. These stairs of education develop skills and abilities to be a part of quality based human resource. In India, government agencies have agenda to offer policies which contain financial aid for the upliftment of every aspect related to various levels of education so that efficient and effective human resource can be developed. Effective human resource plays a crucial role in many aspects like strength the integrity, progress of nation and intelligence of nationality etc.
